EuroCave's Sowine wine bar allows you to keep an open bottle of wine fresh for up to ten days.An interesting invention, but I'm still having trouble with this strange "not finishing the bottle" concept.

Indeed. "Not finishing the bottle"... "not-finishing... the bottle"... nope, I can't get my mind around it either. Maybe it's some EU thing that has so far only penetrated to a few specialized arugula bars on this continent?
