inventor of the Triphibian, claimed that his brainchild could travel
at 1000 miles per hour thanks to his revolutionary motor that could
run on petrol, compressed air or "special fuel" at a cost of $1.00 per
thousand miles.
Pity it caught fire and nearly
incinerated its driver at its Washington, D.C. debut.
