one from the '20s is much more sedate.
The car of fifty years
hence will be genteel; far more suited to a night at the opera than
blowing down the motorway. The emphasis will be on spaciousness; a
bubble canopy for clear views, and if speed is required, then
helicopter blades are the obvious answer. I doubt if any of
this makes up for the appalling hats, though. |
