A lot of people don't
know this, but Elektro was apparently quite the ladies man.
When he wasn't performing at the Westinghouse pavilion, he was
cruising for crumpet like there was no tomorrow. Here we
see Elektro with Miss Agnes Pimms brazenly taunting her fiancée.
But this sort of bon
vivant life couldn't last for long. In the end, Elektro's
womanising ended in scandal and heartbreak when he fell madly in love
with Gertrude Biddlesnark, a part-time hen flusher from Tooting Fens,
only to have the tabloids reveal on their wedding night that Elektro
was already married to an Amana Radar Range in Droitwich. |
