Future City > Tomorrow's Skyline

Hugh Ferris was another architect who did so much to promote the city of the future as a collection of  immense skyscrapers -- only in this case it was in cities unlit by anything except gigantic ground-level arc lamps.

Batman would feel very much at home here.
